K'arale is managed by a team of committed professionals with expertise in fields as diverse as public health, economics, politics and finance.

Folasade Ogunsola is a Professor of Medical Microbiology at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She heads the department of medical microbiology and Central research laboratory. She has vast experience in the provision of healthcare to communities' especially reproductive health issues. Her expertise and passion have lead to research collaborations with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, PEPFAR and APIN.

Mr. Victor Gbolade Osibodu  is the Chairman and CEO of Vigeo Holdings Ltd a prominent indigenous company involved in Maritime, Hospitality and real estate, Telecommunications, Marketing and distributions. He also serves as country chairman for the special Olympics in Nigeria and a director in several other notable business concerns including GTBank Plc where he is a founding director. Mr Gbolade is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and holds a B.Pharm Degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University.

Mrs. Betty Apiafi is a is a member of the House of Representatives, with legislative interests in Educational Development, Women rights and economic empowerment. Her target achievements include educational upliftment of her constituents [Ahoada East/Abua/Odual], building skilled capacity and provision of infrastructure. She is the proprietress of the foremost primary and secondary in Port Harcourt.

Miss Busola Ogunsola is an economist and banker with Access Bank Plc. She has interested in development and giving back to the society.

Dr. Oluwole Odutolu is a Consultant with the World bank and A Preventive Initiative in Nigeria. He has vast experience in advocacy and community development. He has co-authored a number of books about AIDS in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

Mr. Sunny Aigbefo is the Executive director of K'arale. A Public Health Consultant, he has worked with International organisations like Carter Center, Global 2000, PEPFAR and APIN in various community and research projects. He has expertise in community mobilization, planning and coordinating overall strategy, quality control arrangements, development of training curricula and tools and facilitation of targeted training sessions.
